  • 2022 - PRESENT, NYC

    • Initially tasked with building and overseeing the in-house studio for adam&eveDDB’s NYC agency, including team formation, studio setup, and process development to support production, creative, social, and account teams.

    • Oversee all video content production entering the studio including broadcast, social, out-of-home, and internal productions. Manage the project creation, bidding, project management, review cycles, delivery, and archiving processes.

    • Collaborate with the Managing Director, Head of Production, and Executive Creative Directors to create video content for clients and the agency.

    • Manage a team of producers, editors, and motion graphics designers, focusing on day-to-day operations, quality control, and career development.

    • Following the 2023 merger of adam&eveNYC with DDB NYC, inherited the DDB studio team which effectively tripled the size of my direct reports. Enhanced processes and improved client and producer relationships.

    • Support pitch processes by managing the creation of pitch films and animated decks, contributing to winning major clients such as Nathan’s, Gatorade, Playstation, and McCain Foods.

    • Current clients include JetBlue, Blue Moon, Kroger, Lionsgate, Lipton, McCain, Muscle Milk, Playstation, Sierra, and Nathan’s.

  • 2017 - 2021, NYC

    • Began as a Video Producer and Motion Graphics Designer and quickly was promoted to lead the internal video team – first as a Senior Producer then becoming Head of Video Production. Managing a team of six producers, editors, and motion designers and reporting to the VP of Creative.

    • Producing large scale brand campaigns with outside agencies, branded content videos and series (we won a Webby for our Stories in Place series), video content for events (in-person and streaming), and product marketing videos and how-to’s for nearly every new product launch Vimeo has had (there’s been a lot!).

    • Tripled the amount of videos produced, year over year, and set standards and processes to allow us to scale video production and push the bounds of quality and creativity.

  • 2013 - 2017, NYC

    • In-house video editor, videographer, motion graphics designer, and producer at Shutterstock for the creative marketing and branded content teams.

    • Created videos for ads, social media, product demos/tutorials, content marketing (partnered with Red Bull to create the short series FOCUSED), and external events.

    • Built video brand guidelines, folder and archiving structures, and managed freelancers as needed.

  • 2012 - 2013, Philadelphia

    • Worked directly with Head of Post Production to create branded content and social videos for various clients including the American Family Insurance’s web series Get 2 The Game.

  • Yes—I grew up with siblings.

    Professionally, I’ve collaborated in a variety of ways and styles. In tech, I worked across departments—from creative to product to marketing. In agencies and studios, I collaborated with internal teams as well as external clients, companies, and freelancers. In filmmaking, I’ve worked as a director, producer, and editor, collaborating with every role on set and in post-production.

  • Don’t you think if I photoshopped that picture, I’d make myself look a little better?

    Danny and I are both from New Jersey, and I had the chance to spend the day with him and his family during our SXSW activation. They also presented a panel—which I directed—on their Staff Pick’d short film, The Curmudgeons.
